Description of Bug
(Summarize the bug encountered concisely)
Hi! I noticed that when I go into SABnzbd, it shows the following warning:
SABnzbd was started with encoding ANSI_X3.4-1968, this should be UTF-8. Expect problems with Unicoded file and directory names in downloads.
It seems to be affecting several of the downloads I’m trying to do. I checked my locale, and en_US.UTF-8 is set to default and no others except for the system locals are installed. So I’m not sure what the issue is.
